EULA - End User License Agreement

READ CAREFULLY This TLK Games End-User License ("EULA") is a legal
agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and TLK
Games S.A.R.L. By loading, installing, running or otherwise using THE
SOFTWARE product, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive,
or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of
this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this text, do not
install or use the TLK GAMES product. 1. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected
by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed,
not sold. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer
program (game), which consists of executable files, data files, and
documentation it also includes any updates or supplement to the original
SOFTWARE. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE AND LIMITATION The license is non exclusive
and non transferable. You may install, use, access, display or otherwise
interact with one copy of the software product on a single computer. You
may not modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or
create derivative works based upon the Software. 2.1. SHAREWARE VERSION
LICENSE You may make copies and freely distribute the Shareware version to
other users at the condition that each copy contains the original
unaltered files and the copyright notices. You may register the shareware
version at any time by purchasing the registered complete version from
http://www.TLK Games.com. 2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE When you
purchase the Software, you will receive the complete registered version
and you agree not to distribute the registered version to others and to
use it only for your own personal use. You may not rent, lease, or lend
your complete registered version. Distributing or making more than one
backup copy of your registered version is a breach of this EULA that will
result in immediate and automatic termination of your license. 3.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TLK GAMES will not be liable for data loss,
damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing
this software. This software and the accompanying files are sold and
distributed "AS IS" and without warranties as to performance or
merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. 4.
UPGRADE POLICY TLK GAMES fully supports its registered products and grants
a time unlimited guaranty of delivery by download from its servers of any
new release of the product.
